All fine, good quality.
The thumbsticks are perfect. The dpad works but only up and down are clicky, left and write register just fine but without clicks. The xbox home button wasn't machined properly around the edges so it doesn't fit properly. The A and B buttons work perfectly but the X button doesn't click properly and the Y button needed to be machined with a bit more of a recess in the underside of the button but wasn't so it kind of gets stuck a bit. The controller is waaaaaay more complicated than the ps4 controller to replace buttons so be warned. Also, I replaced the triggers and shoulder buttons as well as the options and pause buttons with plastic silver buttons I bought in another pack. Also, the one screwdriver that came with the pack that was supposed to be for the external case screws didn't fit so have alternatives on hand when you try this. The screwdriver for the internal screws worked fine.
