I do not judge the infinite delivery, attributable to the final courier and (presumably, even if it is becoming an excuse only for some and not all) the current covid-19 situation (almost 3 months of waiting! By now the article has not been used. On the other hand, I judge bad (unloading the blame) and unfair the assistance and the fact of unquestionably extending the delivery times to remedy a possible refund request. A shopkeeper must be held responsible for the sale until the complete delivery of the item, as the customer often has no say on the delivery channels but has however spent money and would deserve at least a minimum of consideration. The product, however, is excellent.
