I like this product. However, what I received contained what I can only describe as Beta Software at best. The tablet has 3GB of physical RAM, yet the system only recognised and used 2GB. Aldocube knew this and asked me to wait for a wireless OTA update. Sadly, after many attempts this failed to install and I was recommended to do a firmware flash from a Windows PC ( which I don't have). Eventually I managed to flash the firmware, but a customer of a new product should NOT be required to do this. The final issue is the noisy USB sub system. When using an external USB C DAC / dongle with music files stored on a micro SD card, there are many annoying pops and clicks added to the sound. It doesn't happen when using the internal but limited in size storage or when streaming. I have tried different SD cards and dongles with the same result. Overall, this is a good product, but be aware of its limitations.
