No button to hold the head cushion. The seller has not checked my message for 2 days now.
I ordered it as a gift, but I received the defective product and sent a message to the seller, but I didn't keep checking it, so I filed for a dispute. I'm sure I turned down the dispute-controlled refund offer, but Ali gave me a free refund (about $10). Seller asks me to wait a week and no contact.
