the speakers are good but the packaging was bad. the box was not crumpled but they put the speakers on top of each other and it did some damage to the ring. this is not from the post office but the way it was placed in the box. without this damage I would give 5 stars, but this was a bit careless packaging.

Thank you very much for shipping this product to me. I also really appreciate the wonderful customer service. Even when there was a shipping problem they rushed to resolve the issue. This is now my favorite store as this is the only place that has hi-end great sounding speakers to fit my most unique projects. I used to depend on Parts Express in the USA until they did a very bad job of keeping inventory and had terrible customer service. Out of my frustration and searching that's how I discovered Aiyima Store and found that they had more than what I needed. Thank you Aiyima Store
