The pictures are only showing half the truth. It may seems like the heightening tool bag can be converted into the regular bag, but the zipper won't be able to shut it down. You're only able to push the semi-hardened top into the bag (which will block your access to 3 internal pockets) Otherwise, the bag is great, fitting many things, Although A Deko J181 was too heavy to add to the bag of tools. Makita electric screwdriver(no i mpact) driller actually fit well
