I gave the company my exact stereo information so as not to buy the wrong thing. They sent me a faulty camera. I spent over 600 nzd with the auto electrician before he discovered the camera was faulty. This company said I bought the wrong camera..... I'm not asking the company to cover the money they cost. Just for store credit (less than 10 percent of what I spent) I know buying from China is risky... But when service is this bad.... I'll speak up.
