This skirt is really good quality. The fabric is really nice and slightly stretchy. The only think is that it is extremely short. I should’ve read the measurements better so that’s my fault. I’m going to get some white fabric and make it longer. But the craftsmanship is great. Looks exactly like the photo. Going forward I think this seller can improve by making the skirts no shorter than 15 inches.
