The base flare is smaller than the inserted squeezable part even when the inserted part is squished down for insertion. This means that (even sizing it for the inserted part to be as large as can be handled) the item can pull inside. I was lucky to be able to stop and get it pulled back out. The product should be changed to have a larger external flare given that people sometimes end up at the hospital to remove items. About the only way this can be used is to insert it backwards.
The product conforms to the seller's description. soft touch and good quality silicone. The insertion is easy, it just lacks a little firmness so that it really stays in place (tends to come out if you move a lot). But after insertion, it is comfortable to wear for a long time. Very good buy.
