The humidifier not working properly, vertical position no mist , turn horizontal then mist comes out nicely, therefore impossible to use in a glass of water, furthermore, the diameter of plastic/rubber gasket same as water bottle, unable to insert , can’t use it with water bottle too!
I offered to return item if seller can provide a LOCAL DROP OFF address, I have already paid for a defected product, and it is not fair that I have to pay for return item postage. No matter how much is the merchandise, consumer has the right to expect the order is perfect without defects. When device placed vertically in the water or after center cotton core soaked thoroughly =no mist, when device turned horizontally = mist came out, this means can’t use it in a glass of water, Device gasket won’t fit into plastic bottle! This order sucks!!
