These chairs arrived exactly as described and I LOVE them. You can see from my photos a few details that are different from the description photos: 1) the main adjustment handle is on the right side of the chair, not the left. 2) the yellow color is deeper than in the photos, but I actually prefer this. 3) No instructions were included so I had to figure out how to make adjustments. To adjust the head rest, you have to push it all the way down towards the seat first, then push it all the way back. From that point it'll click forward and lock with each click. The main back support is adjusted in a similar way, but with the handle. The chairs are nicely stuffed and super comfortable. Measurements in the description are correct. I had these shipped to the United States and it took a hair over 2 months to arrive. Accurate tracking was provided. Customer service was excellent! My representative Tina was responsive and courteous. I would definitely buy from this shop again.
