Product was well packed. It only had few very small marks from transport. In general it works, voltage can be adjusted in entire range. However the temperature controlled fan is a joke. When I asked seller he said that the fan only starts when this unit gets hot and turns off when this product has cooled down enough. This was the main reason I got this unit because I needed power supply that would be quiet. In chat seller said that with 2000W unit the fan will not work until the load exceeds 600W. In other words I purchased this in hope that I can draw up to 600 without noise of fan because seller promised so. However this is not true at all. In reality with 20W load fan starts to work after 11-12 minutes of use. With only 1A load it takes about 20 min before fan starts to work. When load is less than 1A the transformer is making whistling noise which fades away when load gets close to 1A and above. So there is no way to use it as quiet unit. Cant use it in livingroom due to noise.
