Work after downloading special sw and drivers

Overall ok for usb drives, keyboard mouse maybe printers. Tried several times with high quality CAT6 cable, shielded etc. with USB 2 camera -not working. Detected ok but no video possible. That was using Win 7 and provided drivers. When using Win 10 the drivers were automatically loaded for the manufacturer of the IC USB to LAN chip, no way to get the provided drivers loaded -just would not accept them saying the best drivers were already loaded. Never got it to work in Win10...
