this seller is so rude and mean very disrespectful. I ordered these earrings since the summer. never received my order and I been asking her over and over again to send me a replacement because it wasn't my fault it got lost in transit. she gonna ask me to give her 5 stars for something I haven't even got yet. so that's why she haven't shipped my order. she got a lot of nerves. she won't answer any of your questions till she want to respond. after I've been asking today for a replacement. she gone send me a happy face like this is a joke. she's very unprofessional I don't see how she gotten this job but I hope her boss see all the texts back and forth I've asked for a replacement. and see her response. then she'll say she will get back to me within 8 hours never did. Till awhile later. people like this don't deserve to do this line of work. when people order from Aliexpress. the want to be treated with respect getting answers about there status of shipment. and all other questions ECT.
