Works as described in the product description. For info, the inner bore is about 12 mm for the DN20 valve. If you want to change the inlet to the other side like I do, it is not a simple task as you would have to design and 3D print a component of the gear train (black one shown in the photo) or cut a slot perpendicular to the current one but doing so would weaken the structure.
