I ordered 4 boards, it’s was quick delivery. However 3 boards work and one doesn’t work that I loss 1/4 of the order. Can the shop to replace the good one or refund?

For 5 minutes with 1.5 Amp. works fine. Only the package is very poor, one of the modules have a dent.
