Does not meet the declared characteristics. The voltage is adjustable between 4.8V and 24.4V. Declared 3-24V. Under a constant load of 0.4A, the power supply unit heated up to ~ 50C. If he gives out 3A, he will inevitably burn out. The device needs at least passive cooling. It needs to be disassembled and redone.
