This item doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. The lowest it can go is 205v. Moreover, it fluctuates in 15v range. This is definitely not a regulator! It will damage your electronics for sure.
I don’t recommend it at all. This isn’t a regulator. It strongly fluctuates, which will damage any electronic that is plugged into it. The lowest it can go is 205v, which means this device is not useful.
