item took forever to get in the US. then the tracking said it was delivered to the wrong address in the wrong state, wrong city, and wrong zip code. seller was not very receptive and during dispute they countered with the same image I used claiming I had received it and to "check with the post office". once an item is delivered it's obviously not in the post office since we have a lock box. Disappointed in seller and will not be buying from them again.
