Got an iron key instead of RLC tester. I won dispute and money back. History: I ordered item. Then seller Increased price for item and asked me to cancel order and select reason like "no need" or "other". I canceled order with reason "Seller increased price" , but order was not cancelled and seller sent me item. Today i got iron key instead of RLC meter. I have checked what weight was tracked, everywhere it is 12 or 14 gramm since China(518055). RLC meter is much heavier. I suppose it is a revenge from seller.
