I bought this because the heating element on my E110WT iron broke in two pieces the first time I tried to use it. That makes the iron show code H-E on the display. I installed the replacement, turned the iron on and success, the H-E code was gone. The iron started warming up but before it reached 350C I heard a snapping sound and the H-E code was back. Once again the heating element has broken in two pieces! WTF? None of my other soldering irons has ever done this. What a huge disappointment and I have decided to scrap the iron instead of wasting more money on replacement heating elements.
