Ordered one with a US 110 volt plug, was sent one with a Euro 220 volt plug. Also several accessories which were supposed to be included were missing as well. Took several clear photos of what was sent and the packaging in which it was sent. Submitted refund request within a few days of recipt and was granted a full refund within 48-72 hrs.

Works well for cutting plastic, but needs the soldering iron to be at 300+°C. Needed to bend the holder a little before the blade would fit into the holder.
