Really nice product! Does exactly what's advertised forr! Tried it, got nice reception in my basement, which was impossible before! Really small, easy plug n play instalation!

Does not work, does not amplify the gsm signal. There is no normal drawing of how to assemble. Came with a Us plug, there was no way to choose an Eu plug. It was also a nuisance. At least they would have sent a converter to it! in a word: the product is useless! Advise me what to do and what options are available? I really need a good gsm signal amplifier.
