During order and send process I thought I ordered item with plug. On payment I asked seller to be sure to send EU plug. Seller responded just to wait for my order to arrive. At that point the order could have been cancelled or changed. Very dissappointed with seller’s response. So, better buy products with free return!

Great sterilizer lamp. Everything is as described. Timer doesn't switch lamp for some time to allow people to leave the room. There is a strong ozone odor after lamp work.
