Arrived to Ireland from China after 40 days. Packaging box had clear picture on side of batteries exploding leaving no doubt as to hazard of contents. Yet customs let it in! I cannot say yet if they contain the claimed capacity, but from a quick test they appear to work as advertised. They appear to charge as you would expect from USB. They hold a constant 5.0-5.3 volts even under a 0.5 A load. They are very light, much lighter than any AAA battery I've ever seen.
