The product received was not "high capacity 1300mAh". When I checked, using a LiitoKala PD4 charger, every cell charged fully in less than1 hour using 0.5A charging current. The 100% charge reported by the charger was between 300 and 350 mAh to full capacity at 4.20V, starting at 0% (2.7V). All 8 cells were at this level. none at 1000mAh or higher.
