I started using the product today, with battery fully charged. After cutting branches several minutes, the cutter beeped continuously and the cutter stop working. I removed and put back the battery, and it worked. Several minutes later, the same problem recurred. The problem persisted and the product is defective. Can I request for refund? Tan Soo Sam
