Vendor supplied a unit with a wrong charger (did not fit "charging socket"). Vendor made extra effort and sent another charger which fit and charged the unit. The problem - the chain saw itself does NOT WORK and does NOT CUT ANYTHING - even a SMALL TWIG. With a heavy heart I must say this chain saw is WORTHLESS !!!! I do not recommend it to anybody else !!
The item received in good condition. However, the seller logistic sent me a wrong charger. The seller then agree to sent me the correct charger with no additional cost to me. A little bit late in receiving the charger, but eventually i received the charger today. Happy with this purchase and seller service. i think the seller is honest and happy doing business with him/her. BIG THANK YOU.
