Item works as advertised is TX mode. RX mode was not needed/tested.

If you're looking for a good STEREO product, this is product to get. The 80m distance quoted is ambitious, but it covers my house enough. It struggles to reach the attic but that's OK. In my case I use it purely in TX mode to extend my PC sound. Don't get the cheaper vesion that doesn't support stereo. I bought same from this store and was disappointed because it is mono in TX mode. This is the one you want to get for stereo mode.
