This stone sharpens very very well and feels very smooth as advertised about 8000 grit. Leaves a pretty darn shiny finish too but, for a mirror finish you’ll still need a 10,000 to 15,000 grit polish stone. It’s pretty good so you can even chip a piece of this off to polish or buy another stone to break up that’s an even higher grit. It’s a good size stone too so it’s worth the price. Shipping was INCREDIBLY fast :) thank you for this great item!
