There is NO DIFFERENCE between this 70$ to a 15$ hearing aid CIC. Only time will tell as the 15-20 USD hearing aids, lasts about 3-5 months. i bought more than 5 hearing aids for 10-15 USD and the QUALITY, BUILD, MATERIALS and SOUND QUALITY is IDENTICAL in all terms. save you money and buy 4 for 15 usd and not 1 for 70. not good value for money.
