Arrived quickly and works wonderfully

This device has two led drivers on one board. One of the two doesn't work. Soldering is very bad. The soldering point is cut to zero. Parts(capacitors) and wires are removed. I will not complain, I do the repair myself. Transformer with a power of no more than 15-18 Watts. Claimed for 40 Watts. The quality is poor.
