Delivered in 3 weeks. Description i pretty inaccurate. It's designed for 2-color led lights. It contains 2 transformers and 2 separate drivers: 1 for each output. It also have switching Integrated Circuit ap6881B. Every time you turn on the light it switches: ether output A, ether output B, ether both. It really provides only 200mA (not 280). Open circuit gives up to 195V. Ordered 2 versions: 20-40W and 40-60W. They have same components inside, same circuits, but different tracing. May be a bit larger transformers. More powerful version have only 1 Electrolytic capacitor vs 2 in 20-40w version. If you connect output A and output B together, you'll get 0,21A output and flickering - drivers conflict with each other. I cut 2 PCB traces and put 2 short wires, so both drivers are always on.
