5 December,2020 Dear Sir, I experienced a very troublesome delivery process. I ordered and paid for the above battery + shipping fees, on the 9 September, 2020. I was finally notified to come and collect the it (which I did on the same day) only on 1 November, 2020. Just to let you know that the delivery of this battery was done through a company, named : ''Exelot", which gave me a very hard time and is very unreliable; this company asked me to pay them and additional cost of 25 Shekels, to be delivered "door to door", which has never happened, as I was advised to come and fetch it personally from some delivery post. This company gave me wrong and false information through the delivery process I do suggest you strongly to avoid using the services of "Exelot"; I personally experienced a very frustrating process by them.
