No help from the seller after the parcel was returned by customs!!! Tracking status DHL/Deutsche Post is "Delivery successful" after the parcel is @ customs office. DHL/Deutsche Post said this is normal! :-( The search enquiry must be carried out by the sender of the parcel!!!
