I receive the item in good condition.

The micrometer index is chipped, the front and back are misalligned, the side knob is on crooked, one of the screws isn't even fully screwed in, there seems to be a piece of paper screwed inbetween the 2 slider panels, badly scratched up, dirty and damaged, it is not accurate, completely useless, it arrived well packaged, the damage must have been before shipping. It comes with the satchel.
