This was really fun to assemble, took a few hours but it was not very hard to do. It is made from a rather tough, rubbery plastic which feels great to work with. I would recommend that you use glue for a more permanent result. The ribs were a bit messy from the transport (no box) but I guess I can fix it with some heat. Love this project and I got a lot of compliments for it!:)
