Not bound by the deadline for submitting applications
They are not committed to the deadline for submitting applications since it has been almost two months and I have not received my order to date

I selected courier service to recieve quicker at a cost of over $20US. Seller said item was "shipped" but it wasnt. Seller messages me days later for an additional $.40 but loads a $1 to be paid for extra shipping. I never see message because its "shipped". Seller should have NOT marked it as shipped if they were holding it for 40 cents. Horrible communication, unprofessional management. Thanks for nothing!
