delivery very fast. Declared capacity is 12000mAh but real is 3200mAh.

These slim high capacity 7,4v li-ion cells can be used as 2 separate 3,7v cells. This means you get a whopping 24.000 mAh capacity if you put (solder) them parallel (3.7v). i bought two and use them all 4 in Parallel inside a huawei UC3.0 powerbank with a total theoretical capacity of 48.000 mAh or 180 Wh. It should be enough to charge a good laptop twice.
