I received this repackaged by my local post office saying the item (packaging or otherwise) has been damaged in transit. I plugged it in, left it overnight, changed plugs, did everything, and it would not charge. I don't know what happened but I contacted the seller and he/she has very bad communication, kept asking me to send a video, which I did, but they just ignore it and kept asking the same thing. Then told me to repair it myself!!!!!! Just trying to give me the run around. Disgusting. In other words, DO NOT BUY.
No refund was given despite the item being damaged. DO NOT BUY.
