They are comfy. But they aren't waterproof. When it absorbs a lot of milk, my bra gets wet too.

I use them as bra inserts instead of the sponge pads because they are comfortable and don't lose their shape in the washing machine unlike sponge pads. I wish if the size was a little bigger but it works fine.
