The items were packaged very well (lots of bubble wrap), but still the majority of the tins were dented upon arrival. Regarding the tins themselves, they are clearly not airtight, and thus I can't use them for storing tea.
I am a real USA buyer located in Indiana. The product description was accurate. however the method of packaging from the seller/manufacture was the worst. something so easily damaged by a box sliding into it shouldn't be packaged in a loose bag. square candle tins are made of thin sheet metal that can easily be bent or crushed by hands, anything easily bent by impact should be packaged in a box period. ordered a 6pcs tin set all damaged. no need trying to get replacements. need mountains of proof. more time spent on tying to get a replacement or refund of the items than that are worth. I gave a 1/5 star for item description so maybe they will read this. maybe.
