The frame heater does not heat properly and I did not know that before getting it. On low heat setting (Number One) and the heat button at Maximum, I can put my hand in the bowl and not get burned. This is about the heat you get from a hair dryer. Button number II heats but takes a long time for a frame. It is too bad because the body of the frame heater is good and heavy enough. My advice is you should warn the buyers that it is like the heat from a hair dryer.
