Hi! Product is working itself - charging the Lenovo laptop 65W and work with others loads 60W-65W but produce the noise related to the transformer coils! I'm not sure but is your transformer coils are not having any compound to stay solid on place without noise under the higher 60-65W loads? There is normal low noise without load which is disappear almost when low load like mobile phone is connected.
