Ordered filters was not added to package

I had ordered the ir filters for 4 lots. and already paid for the same. one lot consists 2 ir filters, means there should be total 8 ir filters in shipment. But today I received only one lot ( 2 ir filters ). What about other. Please check order details. It is directly cheating with customer. Please reply as soon as possible
I have paid for 4 lots ( total 8 ir filters ). and yesterday I received only one lot ( 2 ir filters ), so I need refund for 3 lots, which I didn't receive in the same delivery package.
