The material arrived with damaged cables

I placed and paid for my order, after this I was told that some of the listed specifications (voltage/kv) were not available and I would be getting a product with different specifications. They couldn't give me the current rating for the motor I would be receiving either. The motor arrived after a long wait and was missing the hall sensor shown in the product photos and description. The vendor told me they would send a replacement and I would just have to wait 3-7 days for a tracking number and nothing has happened.
