The handle binding is secured by a pin which is driven through one of the canes. This severely weakens the cane which is pierced by the pin. Because the cane is so weakened, the cane will break with very little force. This is very bad design. The handle binding should be glued and not pinned. I hit a cushion with moderate force and the cane with the pin through it immediately snapped off where the pin went through it. am very dissatisfied and want a refund.
