My package arrived partially crushed. There was no protection inside the box to prevent damage. I was able to salvage the flower ball but it appears small then my previous order due to the flowers being squished and bent.

I ordered #02 50 cm. This ball! definitely has that wow factor I want for my wedding! it is massive. There is maybe 3 spots where I will add a flower because I cas see the ball. However I just took it out of the box so that may be the reason why... It is excellent!
