works. but was damaged. the packing was very cheap. ive had way better packing from cheaper items. this was terrible. i has to take it apart and fix it before it would work. product is average. the aliuminium body versions of these are better. power output isnt any better than the 12 dollar aliuminium body radios. lesson learnt. try another seller if you must have this radio. but ide suggests the cheaper ones as there's not much difference if any. i have both so thats what i would buy next time.
