Product has small crack in frame :(

The communication with the seller was very fast and accurate. The order arrived on time in a very sturdy package that protected sufficiently the fragile items inside. The items corresponded to the sellers description Small remarks regarding the finishing of the black surface but it didn't affected the overall appearance. Mounting to the ceiling was a little tricky. Better and more explanatory assembly and mounting instructions are needed. Overall impression with the seller was very good and the lamp looks very sleek.
